Delivery Scope: We currently only support delivery within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders of AUD 90 or more (including AUD 90). For orders under AUD 90, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 applies.

Transit Time: Delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Conditions: Orders not yet shipped may be directly cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or those that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; you must wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
