Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Livorico (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when purchasing our outdoor dining chairs, outdoor storage boxes, outdoor armchairs, and outdoor dining sets. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

Shipping Range
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for orders totaling AUD 90 or more (including AUD 90).
  • Standard Delivery: A flat delivery fee of AUD 9.99 will be charged for orders totaling less than AUD 90.

Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

  • If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will commence on the next available business day.

Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1 to 3 business days to process, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.

Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 to 10 business days.

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your outdoor furniture reaches you safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information.
To track your package, please visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the real-time status of your shipment.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

  • Shipping Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages caused by incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer.

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the receipt. If you notice significant damage to the outer packaging, please note this with the carrier or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Partial Shipments
Due to the size and weight of outdoor furniture (such as dining sets), your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive on different days. You will be provided with tracking information for all packages associated with your order.

Delivery to PO Boxes
Please note that most of our products (Outdoor Dining Chairs, Storage Boxes, Armchairs, and Dining Sets) are large items and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address for delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange for re-delivery. Failure to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
