After Shipment or After 48 Hours: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped (even if within the 48-hour window), we are unable to cancel the order directly. In this situation, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package to your address. Once received, you may contact us to arrange a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process

Refund Instructions

Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is successfully processed), the refund will be automatically returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

Processing Time: We will initiate the refund immediately. However, the actual arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of the different banking institutions. We expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
